At Bones Coffee Company, we want you to love every sip; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on non-perishable merchandise and select coffee products.

Contact our support squad with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all coffee bags are unopened and merchandise is in new, unused condition.

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our roasting facility.

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
